We understand that sometimes customers may need to request a refund for various reasons. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase.

You may be eligible for a refund if:
The product you purchased is defective or not as described.
The product was not delivered or provided to you.
Refund procedure:
If you would like to request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 20 days of your purchase. You may contact us through our website or email address. We will require your order details and the reason for the refund request.
We may ask for additional information to help us understand the reason for the refund request. Once we have reviewed and approved the request, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Exceptions:
We reserve the right to deny refund requests under the following circumstances:
You have not contacted us within 20 days of your purchase.
The product has been used or consumed.
The product has been damaged due to misuse or negligence on your part.
The product has been altered or modified by you.
Canceled orders:
If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will process a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, please follow the refund procedure mentioned above.
Changes to our refund policy:
We reserve the right to make changes to our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised policy will apply to all future purchases.

We do not recommend returning products to our warehouses. The international shipping cost is high and usually it takes at least 3 months to arrive. Most of them are liable to be damaged or lost on the way.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
If the refund was approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
